Dr Daniel Amuyaw Addo

Dr. Addo is a Financial Economist, an Investment and Financial Analyst, Chartered Economist and a Project Management Professional. He has extensive experience in the energy sector, working in top management positions.
He is a past Director of Finance at the National Petroleum Authority. He holds a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration from Swiss Business School (SBS). He has an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana and an MA in Applied Business Research (MABR), from SBS. Dr Addo is a member of the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA).
He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Project Management Professionals, Association of Certified Chartered Economists, Institute of the Chartered Economists of Ghana and Chartered Institute of Financial and Investment Analysts.
Kwesi Amanor

Kwesi is a Business Executive with extensive experience in the petroleum sector, having spent the last 17 years developing transformative and high-impact businesses in the industry. Until recently, he was the Country Manager and Local Representative for Trafigura Ltd in Ghana.
He was also the Deputy General Manager for Puma Energy Distribution Ghana Limited. Kwesi has played a vital role in the petroleum industry, particularly in Ghana’s downstream infrastructure development. He is currently the General Manager of Magna Fields Group.
Kwesi holds an Executive Postgraduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from the Said Business School, University of Oxford, United Kingdom, a Master in Business Administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Theodore is the Chief Operating Officer at ICON Energy, where he has oversight of the key functional business areas of sales and distribution, projects, operations and administration. He was the immediate past Business Development Manager at Maranatha Oil Services Ltd. Prior to joining MOSL, he was the Operations Manager at Ebony Oil & Gas. He has over seven years of experience in the downstream petroleum industry.
Theodore also has experience in community-based development programmes. Adept at multi-tasking and a good facilitator, Theodore holds a BSc. in Agriculture Technology from the University for Development Studies in Tamale and an MA in Development Management from the University of Cape Coast in the Central Region of Ghana.

Michael is an astute sales professional with extensive knowledge and experience in petroleum downstream sales and distribution. He is an Executive Director of Icon Energy Limited and the Head of Sales and Commerce at Maranatha Oil Services Limited (MOSL). He has over 10 years experience within the industry.
Michael was Senior Key Account Manager at Ebony Oil and Gas Limited. Michael also worked at National Petroleum Authority with the UPPF department. He holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business, Adelaide and a BSc. in Business Management from Wisconsin University College, Ghana. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.

Akua is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales (non-practising), and a solicitor and barrister of the Supreme Court of Ghana, with 20 years of cumulative legal practice experience in both jurisdictions.
She obtained an LLB with Advanced French (Hons) from the University of Kent at Canterbury in the U.K, a PGDip in Legal Practice from the College of Law in London, and a PGCE (Modern Foreign Languages – French) from Middlesex University in London.
Akua has extensive experience providing general corporate advice and legal counsel on negotiating, structuring and closing joint ventures and mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings, obtaining regulatory approvals, commercial contracts, and technology transfer agreements. She advises energy, oil and gas, finance and manufacturing companies.
